Returns
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. If you don’t love your furniture, call us within 2-3 days of receiving your order and we will gladly accept back any of our products as long as it’s in new condition.
We cannot accept furniture returns that are not in new condition, so please be mindful of this before you start living on your SFB furniture. Furniture must be repackaged in the way it arrived at the time of delivery. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment, whether it be credit card, cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App once our store receives your items.
Mattresses are non-refundable and considered final sale items. Once the packaging is opened, we are unable to accept returns.
